Transition to the "Prime Market" in the new market segments of TSE
Asahi Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") has resolved at the Board of Directors' meeting held on July 28, 2021 to select the "Prime Market" as the new market segment to be applied by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "TSE") from April 4, 2022 and proceeded with the prescribed procedures set by the TSE. TSE announced today that the Company will transit to the Prime Market.
